Password Keeper | Freebie Friday
Security breaches seem to be all the rage these days (that's sarcasm, though they are really dang often). In fact there's another one just this morning [read here]. PS If you still have Uber, change your password. So we seem to constantly need to change our passwords, and every one should be different. Oh and make sure they're all very weird, un-guessable passwords. And include a capital letter, a number, a character, and the entirety of the epic of Gilgamesh.
So because I, like all of us, have soooo many accounts - I have soooo many passwords. I've changed my Starbucks password about 15 times. 10 in one day. But enough about my inability to remember a very simple password simply because I forgot about the character I had to include. I use a password keeper to write down all my passwords. And you may think that seems quite dangerous, but I'm incredibly forgetful and I take the page out of my planner if it leaves my home. So using it is up to you. I do suggest you never write down banking passwords or your google/apple/whatever password. Memorize those. But if you're like me, write down the others. And here's an article on the leak and some stuff on cyber security if you're interested. If it's been quite a while, take this as a sign to change your passwords.
So for freebie Friday I'm giving you my super simple password keeper. It's a simple grid format and can be filled in on the computer if you so choose. As always I suggest having the latest version of Adobe Reader. It also features my brilliant sense of humor.
All Rourke Planner inserts are designed as high resolution PDFs that are already in the proper size. What that means is a half-letter page will show up as a single PDF that measures 5.5" x 8.5", not 8.5" x 11". If you want help printing I have plenty of guides (you can find a link to the right). PDFs are not editable (meaning you can't move stuff around or change colors), however some feature forms so you can fill in the page in Adobe Reader.
Please don't share any files from Rourke Planners with others - instead share the website URL with your friends, enemies, or awkward acquaintances.
