A little while ago I read about this really interesting time-tracking idea. Basically, it theorizes that you have 100 10-minute blocks in the day after sleep. (8 hours sleep leaves 960 minutes, so 96 squares). So what do you want to do with those 100 blocks? PS the original article is from Wait But Why.

So I made up a little worksheet for you to try out. First, fill out your ideal day. Then, do some time tracking and fill out how you actually spend your day. This is a great way for visual learners to plan out their day and to really see how much of their day is spent on activities they don't really love.
